Regulatory status
Alexander is a self-employed barrister regulated by the Bar Standards Board. The BSB Register records Public Access authorisation, full rights of audience and no authorisation to conduct litigation.
The BSB Register is the authoritative source for practising status and authorised activities. Current chambers and clerking details are confirmed through Enterprise Chambers.
Complaints
Complaints are handled under Enterprise Chambers' procedure. Contact 9 Old Square, Lincoln's Inn, London WC2A 3SR; london@enterprisechambers.com; 020 7405 9471. A final response may take up to 8 weeks.
Legal Ombudsman
An eligible complainant may ordinarily approach the Legal Ombudsman within one year of the act, omission or knowledge of it, and within six months of the final written response.
Services and pricing
Hourly fees are normally £400–£500 plus VAT. Advocacy and hearing fees are commonly £5,000–£10,000 plus VAT per day, but vary depending on complexity and location. Fixed fees may be agreed. Complexity, urgency, volume, preparation and hearing length affect the quotation.
Public Access
Direct instruction is available in suitable matters. Alexander does not conduct litigation, so client responsibilities are explained before acceptance.

The site uses a minimal-data, no-tracking launch model. Its HTML pages are the primary accessible source, and alternative formats may be requested.
Alternative format
The principal information is available in accessible HTML. Plain-text, Word-compatible and large-print alternatives may be requested through Enterprise Chambers.
